This project proposes a retirement lifestyle for a determined client. The Mediterranean design allows for first floor public spaces including a commercial kitchen and ten second floor luxury suites. The “L” shaped building wraps around an exterior courtyard with large pool, entertainment pavilion and view of Discovery Bay.
